With the resurgence of the series due to the show and even Fede's reimagining, the time is ripe for new video games. The three previous ones are really good, even if Hail To The King has wonky controls and feels a bit too much like the first three Resident Evil games. We the fans were obviously pleased with the games, especially Fistful of Boomstick and Regeneration, even if the general gaming community wasn't. But the time has come to create a new game that will please not only ED fans, but gamers in general. Essentially to create the equivalent of Alien: Isolation, except obviously far more action-oriented and building on what the show has done. Maybe, the game(s) could serve as the way to merge Ash and Mia's narratives, that way it can be treated as non-canon for those uninterested in the idea in a film or the show, like the well-done Back to the Future game.
In addition, it appears that Bruce has lately been getting a lot more video game work. Some are predicting that his addition to the Call of Duty Advanced Warfare DLC Exo-Zombies impressed developers so much, he might be offered a role in an upcoming main campaign. Plus, some are stating that Oz the Great and Powerful might be represented in either Kingdom Hearts III or a future title, so Bruce would reprise his side role and he and Sam would work to consult on building the world.
