I'm looking into purchasing the Army of Darkness Koch Media 6-Disc Set, not just for the european and directors cuts being available in Blu-ray form but mainly for the TV version being available on DVD, but would first like to know how the picture quality of it is, such as if it's in a decent SD quality or in a crude jarring condition like the German XXL Versions, and mainly if it's shown in its original 4:3 ratio

As you can see, in the original TV recording by Ridgeshark compared to whats on the Primitive Screwhead Edition, the top and bottom parts of the frame were cropped off to remove the Sci Fi logo (as most likely the various software plugins that could easily fix this weren't available) making the original TV recording the closest the TV scenes will come to a full frame next to the Japanese "Captain Supermarket" Laserdisc and want to know if the Koch Media DVD contained this same picture format. Any and all info on this will be greatly appreciated

Where else would I ask this question.....
Seriously, any info on the quality of the Koch Media TV version DVD will be appreciated

I'm going to have to refer you to forum member SeeNoEvil ... if he doesn't know, none of us do yet .. send him a private message via this site's forum ...

For anyone whose curious, seems the Koch Media TV version DVD is exactly the same as the original TV recording minus logo
