I agree, but the autograph business had change drastically!
Two point of views:
1. Bruce Campbell Point Of Views
Bruce Campbell's guest appearances in conventions, book tour signings changed as well.
In the 90s you could easily get autographs from Bruce Campbell by just simply sending a S.A.S.E. to his Los Angeles address or if you meet him instant photo ops and autograph
In the early 2000's when his "If Chins Could Kill" book tour - any appearance he made, a single fan or guest on this tour could easily get more than 10 autographs or multiple wacky photo ops
During this time, memorabilias from Bruce / Evil Dead started to flood the Memorabilia Trading World (thus his value in the market lowered down).
As 2010 arrived things change and tougher restrictions made for Bruce Campbell under the management of Mike Estes (Dangerous Entertainment Inc).
Any appearance and autograph signing (or even photo op) of Bruce Campbell would go in the brass knuckles guard of Mike.
Thus, if you see in the Memorabilia Market - Bruce Campbell's Autograph raised a bar in value (ranging from Photos, Posters,Books, Toys, Videos)
2. Market Point Of View
Before degree of difficulty getting (through in-person experience or just by simply buying from the market) Autographs from Bruce are hard. Either one has to fly to go to an appearance, or Go to a Memorabilia Store to buy One.
As the new millennium arrived - this autographs can easily be access for purchase through internet (mainly E-Bay, Amazon, Memorabilia E-commerce stores)
Autographs can be obtain in person through conventions. And this is the reality of the business now
